The Association admits as members:
Membership is free. Members take part in the Association's governance through the Members' Conference and the Advisory Council, which serves as a consultative body.
- Development and improvement of the automotive industry of our country based on increasing the quality and competitiveness of manufactured products;
- Representation and protection of the interests of automobile manufacturers in the legislative and executive bodies of the state;
- Coordination of the activities of the Association members in matters of attracting investments for the modernization and development of production capacities for the production of automotive equipment, components and materials, and the effective use of scientific and technical achievements;
- Implementation of a unified policy on the development and strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperative relations between enterprises of the industry, as well as with enterprises of other industries and foreign partners, including enterprises of CIS member countries;
- protecting the investments of official dealers;
- representing interests at the state level;
- cooperating with automakers;
- sharing experience and information within the dealer community to improve the efficiency of the dealer business;
- analysis of the sales market for new and used cars;

- Analysis, standardization, harmonization and management of production processes and management systems;
- assisting in creating a favorable legal environment for business - analyzing the main aspects of the activities of industry companies and organizations, preparing draft legislative acts and
- submitting them as proposals to the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
